In Dagenham, K5 Construction successfully executed complex groundwork for a cutting-edge concrete block factory, showcasing our adeptness in industrial construction. Our team installed robust deep drainage systems, constructed durable concrete pits for heavy machinery, and developed a groundwater pumping system for optimal site management. Following extensive groundwork, we prepared the site for piling contractors, who installed over 150 piles. Our team then cropped these piles and constructed a reinforced ring beam and concrete slab to form the factory’s foundation, accompanied by an expansive outdoor slab for efficient block storage. This project highlights our expertise in delivering industrial groundwork solutions with precision, durability, and functionality at the forefront.
